Stir with a spoon. Gold Standard 100% WheyTM is ready for immediate use. That means if you forgot your shaker cup or don’t have time to get out the blender, all you have to do is add 1 scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey to a glass filled with 6 to 8 ounces of water or your favourite beverage. Then mix it with a spoon.

Stir for 30 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved. Tip: The taste of Gold Standard 100% WheyTM is adjusted by changing the amount of liquid used to brew it. For intense flavour with added body and sweetness, mix each scoop with 4-6 ounces of water, milk, or your favourite beverage. For a milder-tasting, less sweet shake, add 8–10 oz of liquid per scoop.
