Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon. This product is highly potent. Never exceed 1 capsule per serving. Never take more than 2 servings in any 24-hour period. For best results do not take with food. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Use daily for a minimum of 30 days.

LIPO-6 Hardcore is absolutely not for use by anyone under the age of 18 or those sensitive to caffeine and stimulants. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Never exceed the recommended dosage. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. This product contains ingredients that may be banned by some sports organizations.
